A defined scope before anything is built.
Every project begins with a conversation about the work, its complexity and a price both sides agree to. The proposal describes the specific system and deliverables.

Agree on scope and price
We define the project terms before requesting a setup payment.

Build after the deposit
A 50% setup deposit starts the work. Expected delivery is roughly 7 to 14 business days after agreement and payment, subject to the agreed project requirements.

Deliver and maintain
The remaining 50% is due at handover of the working system, walkthrough and documentation. A separate monthly retainer then covers maintenance, changes, API keys and fixes within the agreed scope.

Project scope and complexity determine the final quote. The setup fee and monthly maintenance retainer are separate.

Ongoing maintenance, API usage paid by Voltade AI, changes and fixes, as defined in the client agreement.
Voltade AI is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. This website does not take payment. Once our Paystack account is active, payment requests will follow an agreed scope and terms. Read our terms and policies before paying.
